PLAYER REQUESTS

Requests may be made for Calgary Roughnecks players to attend an organization's event. Please note that Roughnecks players' schedules are extremely limited due to the amount of appearances attended, demand of their regular jobs and team travel.

Generally our players wear their game jerseys to each appearance. If this is not appropriate for your event, please indicate proper attire. The majority of our player appearances are school or charity related, and as a result are non-paid appearances. Many civic organizations offer honorariums to players. Some appearances are paid engagements. Business or promotional appearance fees are not set by the Calgary Roughnecks, but by the players.

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the player's summer league schedules, there are a limited number of player appearances in the off-season and over the summer months. Please keep this in mind when you are submitting your application.**

PLAYER REQUEST GUIDELINES

All requests must be submitted in writing on organization letterhead, including the nature of the event, the date of the event, time of the event, the activity the player will be involved in, directions to event and include the organization's contact information.

All requests must be submitted at least four to six weeks prior to the date of the event for which the player is requested. Player requests are not guaranteed.Please send all requests to:

"My sons are huge Necks fans. My oldest boy got Andrew's all-star stick from Edmonton. Long story. At the All-star supper here 2 years ago, I bought Andrew McBride's poster from the silent auction. Few weeks later we went to a game in Calgary and went down for autographs. Andrew was out and signed my sons "Andrew McBride Jersey" My son went on to tell him that I had bought his poster from the silent auction. Andrew then told my son that if he came back the next week, he would give him his stick from the all-star game. We were unable to make it down the following week due to weather(snow storm). Andrew then brought the stick with him to Edmonton the following week and gave it to my son at the game against the Rush. Just thought you might want to know what kind of impact your player had on my sons. Its their favorite sport."
