Season with the Drill Crew: Rookie season

Occupation: I am completing my science undergraduate degree of Environmental Science at the University of Calgary.

What is your dance/performance background? I trained at Ultimate Dance Company in Calgary from ages 3-18.

What is your favourite part about being on the Drill Crew Dance Team? My favourite part about being on the Drill Crew Dance Team is getting to spend time with all the amazing girls on this team! I am also very excited to experience game days with the roughnecks fans and community!

What song gets you pumped up on game days? “Breakin’ Dishes” by Rihanna

What is your favourite style of dance? My favourite style of dance is jazz or jazz pom. I also love ballet!

What’s one thing you cannot live without? One thing I can’t live without is my curly hair products.

What’s your favourite local charity or non-profit organization? My favourite local non-profit organization is Be the Change YYC. They do so much for the homeless population around Calgary.

What are your proudest accomplishments? Some of my proudest accomplishments would be getting to spend a summer at the National Ballet School of Canada at 12 years old as well as getting the opportunity to audition for the Drill Crew and making the team!
