What is your dance/performance background? I started competitive dance when I was 12 and trained in a variety of styles. I taught at my hometown studio, DansConnection, for a few years before moving to Calgary, where I picked up my passion again and continued growing as a dancer. 

What is your favourite part about being on the Drill Crew Dance Team? I love being part of a group of strong, talented women who share the same passion for dance. It’s so motivating to be surrounded by a team that encourages each other and celebrates every step of the journey! 

What song gets you pumped up on game days? “Maneater” by Nelly Furtado  

What is your favourite style of dance? Jazz! 

What’s one thing you cannot live without? A good book on standby 

What’s your favorite local charity or non-profit organization? Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids 

What are your proudest accomplishments? I’m proud of myself for moving to Calgary to complete my BBA in Marketing and earning a spot as a dancer in a professional sports league.
