Season with the Drill Crew: Rookie season

Occupation: A full-time PR student at MRU and dance teacher at Edge Studios.

Hometown: Lethbridge, Alberta

What is your dance/performance background? I grew up training in all styles of dance and competed with Edge Studios. I then moved to Vancouver to further my professional development in the Intensive Training Program (ITP). Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of performing in many live events and working in film, and most recently completed a professional dance contract with Princess Cruise Lines as part of their Entertainment Cast.

What is your favourite part about being on the Drill Crew Dance Team? My favourite part is being able to perform and train with such a talented and fun group of girls!

What song gets you pumped up on game days? “MY HOUSE” by Beyonce

What is your favourite style of dance? Jazz Funk

What’s one thing you cannot live without? Music! It’s an essential part of my get ready routine.

What’s your favourite local charity or non-profit organization? Wings of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation

What are your proudest accomplishments? Dancing professionally for Princess Cruise Lines, graduating from ITP and currently being a post-secondary student.
