SETTIN’ IT UP

Looking for the weekend sweep.

The Roughnecks are on the hunt for a third straight win and second in as many nights against Saskatchewan tonight in Saskatoon at 7p.m. on TSN+.

The Riggers (7-8) woke up in a playoff spot after taking down the Rush 12-10 last night thanks to a career high eight-points from Tanner Cook and a 52-save performance from Christian Del Bianco.

The Rush (6-9) need a win tonight at home or their playoff hopes will basically be gone.

Jesse King passed 450 career points last night while Tyler Pace needs one-point to reach 300 and Jeff Cornwall is one loose ball away from 700.

This is the final battle of the year between these two rivals. The Roughnecks have won the last eight-straight meetings after last night.
