SETTIN’ IT UP

Riggers looking to crack the Rock.

The Roughnecks are at home for game two of their double-header weekend tonight when they battle the Toronto Rock at 7:00 p.m. at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Last night the Riggers (2-4) fell 11-10 against the New York Riptide in a back-and-forth battle that went right down to the wire.

Toronto comes into the game 5-1 on the season and suffered their first loss last weekend against Buffalo 16-14.

Tyler Pace needs four goals tonight to get to 100 in his career.

This is the first of two matchups between the ‘Necks and Toronto. They will play again next Saturday in Toronto for the rematch.

The last time these two went head-to-head the Rock came out on top 11-10 in overtime at the Rough House on Jan. 28 of last year. That loss sparked a four game winning streak for the Roughnecks who went on to win seven of their next eight games.
