CALGARY, AB – The Calgary Roughnecks today announced the 2017 National Lacrosse League regular season schedule. The Roughnecks will open the campaign at home against the West Division rival Vancouver Stealth on Friday, Jan. 6 at 7:00 p.m., at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
The 18-game schedule will see Calgary play 11 divisional match-ups, facing the Stealth and two-time defending champion Saskatchewan Rush each four times while meeting the Colorado Mammoth in three games.
The nine Roughnecks home games will be played on the weekend with the following breakdown: Friday (1), Saturday (6) and Sunday (2). All home games, with the exception of Sunday, Feb. 12 (2:00 p.m.) and Sunday, Mar. 26 (1:00 p.m.) will start at 7:00 p.m. at the ’Dome.
