CALGARY, AB — The Calgary Roughnecks today announced four players have been released from the training camp roster: Spencer Evans (O), Jordan Kancsal (G), Austin Rockwell (D) and Tony Tremblay (D). In addition, Vaughn Harris (D) has been placed on the physically unable to perform list with a lower-body injury sustained during the off-season.
Calgary has 28 players remaining at training camp including 16 defence, nine offence and three goaltenders.
Training camp continues this weekend in Langley, British Columbia, with a pair of scrimmages against the Vancouver Stealth and Colorado Mammoth over Dec. 3-4 at the Langley Events Centre Fieldhouse. All sessions are closed to the public.
