The Riggers didn’t let off the gas all night, leading to a 17-11 victory in Buffalo against the Bandits.
Buffalo struck first on Saturday night on a second chance opportunity to take the 1-0 lead.
The Bandits struck again with 8:17 to go in the first, in transition, to make it 2-0.
Shortly after the Riggers killed their first penalty of the night, Tanner Cook found the net for the ‘Necks to make the score 2-1.
Cook added his second of the night late in the first-quarter to make the score 2-2 after one.
Buffalo re-took the lead in transition early in the second frame to make it 3-2.
The Bandits would add another at 10:37 to go up 4-2.
Cook grabbed the first half hat-trick to get the Riggers within one, 4-3.

The Bandits would quickly answer to re-gain their two goal lead. The score was 5-3.
Tyler Hendrycks scored his first as a Roughneck in transition to get the score to 5-4.

Curtis Dickson ripped from outside to tie the game and then Brayden Mayea cut to the net and tucked one home to give the Riggers the 6-5 lead.
The Bandits would tie it up 6-6 with 30-seconds remaining in the half but Curtis Dickson found the net with two-seconds remaining to give the Roughnecks the 7-6 lead at the half.
It would be Buffalo who struck first in the second-half tying the game 7-7.
Jesse King ripped one on the powerplay to give the Riggers the 8-7 lead.
Curtis Dickson finished off his hat-trick to give the ‘Necks a two-goal lead but the Bandits answered right off the faceoff to make it 9-8.
After the Bandits tied it shorthanded, Curtis Dickson snuck in his fourth of the night to give the Riggers the 10-9 lead heading into the final quarter.
King found the far corner for the first goal of the fourth-quarter putting the Roughnecks ahead 11-9.
The Bandits once again had an answer shortly after to make the score 11-10 with 12:55 remaining.
Curtis Dickson could not be stopped on Saturday as he cut accross the middle and tucked home his fifth of the night to make the score 12-10.
It was King’s turn to finish off a hat-trick as he made it 13-10 on the powerplay.
The Bandits got within two, but Curtis Dickson finished off the sock-trick to make the score 14-11.
Mayea found the net following a rebound off the crossbar to make the score 15-11.

Then, Mayea became the fourth Riggers forward to register a hat-trick as he extended the lead to 17-11. That would be the final score.
