CALGARY, AB – The Calgary Roughnecks Lacrosse Club has unveiled a limited edition retro warm-up jersey in honour of former captain Tracey Kelusky and his ‘Forever A Roughneck’ induction. The throwback design depicts the style of jersey worn during Kelusky’s tenure in Calgary and features his name and no. 17 on the back while the number worn by current roster players is displayed on the sleeves.

The practice jersey will be worn once only on Saturday, March 25, ahead of the team’s 7:00 p.m. match-up against the New England Black Wolves at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Fans can now bid on the one-of-a-kind jerseys at ElevateAuctions.com. Proceeds will be directed to Kelusky’s charity of choice, The Tucker Williams Braver Than Brave Memorial Fund in support of Paediatric Lymphoma Research. The online auction will close at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 2.

To commemorate the no. 17 Kelusky wore during his eight seasons in Calgary, a special $17 ticker offer (plus applicable fees) is available for Saturday’s game presented by Cardel Homes. Tickets can be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-985-5000 or by visiting Ticketmaster or the Scotiabank Saddledome box office.
